I made an appointment for 4:15pm. When I arrived I was told by the first service rep that it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow. I don’t like to throw employees under the bus, especially without fully understanding the circumstances, but I do want to share my experience. The past few visits, I’ve been quoted similar time frames for a without fully understanding the circumstances, but I do want to share my experience. The past few visits, I’ve been quoted similar time frames for a standard oil change service (around 1.5 to 1.75 hours). Unfortunately, the actual service times have consistently far exceeded that estimate. Some taking over 3 hours, with one close to 4. On my most recent visit, after waiting 2 hours I checked in and was told it would be “about 10 more minutes.” It ultimately took nearly 30 minutes longer. The extended service times have become unreasonable, and it feels like the overall level of customer service has been steadily declining over the past few years. More
