He found another vehicle for us to buy when the ones I came in to see were sold, so that was great. Ty was also great to work with as he gave us a good deal for our trade-in and was gracious on the price of the car. Ben was so easy and enjoyable to work with as well. We didn’t have the car title with us and he made it possible for us to bring it in later . I was not looking forward to going in to buy a new vehicle because of all the decisions to make regarding car choices, but these three men made it easier as they were wonderful to work with. By the time I finished my test drive Kyle escorted me to The finance department where Christian not only had all of the paperwork ready but set me up with the exact finance terms and payments I requested. From the time I arrived for the test drive to the time I was handed my new keys (including the explanation of car features) I was treated like a guest of honor given a white glove experience! First time Lexus buyer I have been looking for a pre-owned Lexus Gs350 for over a year now. I met Sales Consultant Ms. Chong Lee on my first visit to Westside Lexus. Du I have been looking for a pre-owned Lexus Gs350 for over a year now. I met Sales Consultant Ms. Chong Lee on my first visit to Westside Lexus. Due to previous budget restrictions and being a very particular customer I was never able to complete a purchase for a Lexus. Ms. Lee stuck with me through several vehicles that I was previously interested in but did not purchase. I recently started looking at a 2019 Toyota Avalon base model with options which was a very nice car. Ms. Lee advised me that I probably would not be happy with the Toyota coming from an Infiniti. I returned to Westside Lexus and met with Ms. Lee once again to look at the 2019 Lexus Es350. I had decided against the Gs350 due to possible discontinuation of this model. After one visit to a competitor Lexus dealership and some negotiations on both sides we came to an agreement for a new Lexus Es350. Thanks to Westside Lexus New car sales Manager/Finance Director Gerald Chomer, New car sales Manager Homer Hsu and Pre-owned Director Mr. Ty Stanberry for the amazing deal they gave me on the new vehicle and my trade-in vehicle. Financial Manager Ms. Judy Patureau was professional and explained all of my options on my vehicle purchase as well as matching the credit card down payment from a competitor Lexus dealership. Ms. Lee was patient and helpful during my whole car buying experience and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Ms. Lee always stated that whether I purchased a Lexus or a different brand she just wanted me to be happy about my purchase. Mr. Ty had the same pleasant and respectful attitude towards me throughout my vehicle purchase and trade-in needs in which I greatly respect him for. Recently I met Mr. Nam Pham who also was very helpful and informative during my new car purchase. (...And made me laugh) I am a completely satisfied Westside Lexus customer!
