It was refreshing to deal with a sympathetic and friendly human salesperson as opposed to a series of AI's that denied financing outright and incomprehensibly tripled a required down payment after the origin human salesperson as opposed to a series of AI's that denied financing outright and incomprehensibly tripled a required down payment after the original down payment had already been received. Ty Bowles, our D&M contact was able to provide us with some flexibility in meeting the sale requirements, and even gave us a better trade in value so our down payment was reduced by half.
