Put up with my seemingly rude (rather in a hurry) convo-cut-offs (e.g. "Stop. I get it. Next."), without 1 iota of frustration. He kept pace with me, and was perfect in his sales and conversational ability to transition into talking with my wife at her level. As I reflect on this writing my own review. I realize that my ENTIRE perception of the D&M Auto Leasing company is what Ty created. D&M's company philosophy, mission statement, etc. I don't know it. All I know is how amazing I was treated regardless of my rigid "let get this moving" attitude. Ty- you ever want to lead sales guys at my company, the door is open. More

Enjoyable car buying experience! D&M Leasing was my 1st and last call when I needed a new car last summer. I spoke with Ty Bowles and he took the time to really listen to me. I had no idea what I wanted or what I could afford. He asked about my lifestyle and my likes/dislikes and from there recommended a short list of options. From there he texted me pictures of what he thought I might like the most. As it turns out, it's exactly what I wanted. My job is chaotic and busy, so he brought the car to my office to test drive. Once I made the decision, he brought all the paperwork to me and delivered the car clean and shiny again to my office. I did this entire deal without ever leaving my job!!!!! And even more impressive, knowing all this happened at my job, he had my existing vehicle delivered to my house in Arlington where it was waiting when I got home from work. On top of all that, he walked me through the process and forms of selling my existing car independent of a dealership and made that a simple transaction as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and no matter what I decide to drive in the future, it will be Ty Bowles who helps me get into it. More

Twice is the Charm!!! Went to D&M Leasing and Ty Bowles when we had to replace one of our vehicles. Had never leased before. Ty gave us great advise all the way, listened wo what my wife wanted and found her an Audi Q5 that was more than she expected. She love the vehicle. Lease went great with no issues or surprises. We got a vehicle that we could not afford had it not been for Ty wheeling and dealing on our behalf. Then a few months later we found ourselves in need of replacing another vehicle. Went back to Ty Bowles and he worked his magic again. Got the exact vehicle I wanted at rock bottom price and drove off happy again. I strongly recommend that if anyone wants to think about a lease, check out D&M in Dallas and especially Ty Bowles. He will not let you down. More

D&M Leasing and Ty Bowles are AWESOME I was way upside down in a vehicle and was looking to get into something else. I tried a few dealerships, and also called the 3 largest leasing comp I was way upside down in a vehicle and was looking to get into something else. I tried a few dealerships, and also called the 3 largest leasing companies. Of all of them, and we are talking maybe 8 organizations total, the only one who even put forth the effort to try to work with me was Ty Bowles at D&M. I had presented a challenge that most salesmen wouldn't even try to work on...I definitely got the feeling they had brushed me off for an easier score from the next customer. Ty did work with me, educated me, and stuck with it until I had the car that I wanted at the price I could afford. Since then, Ty has gotten my wife into a beautiful new car and two cars to my boss. All three of those transactions resulted in extremely satisfied customers. I don't know what brand of car I'll be driving for the next ten years, but I know for sure I will get them all from Ty and D&M. And to top it off, he's super nice and professional, too. When he says something, you can take it to the bank. What's that worth in today's world? More
