Excellancy I went in to this dealership with the idea of up grading to a different/bigger car because I could never see the speedometer not knowing my speed. I had a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid with less than 6,000 miles. Troy was my salesperson for the day! He showed me the 2019 Rav4 with all the new updates plus it had digital lighting in the dash so I could see my speed. He was so helpful, cheerful, and informative and I drove out of the dealership in a beautiful 2019 Rav4. His explanations were top notch and I would recommend him to anyone and also this dealership. I’ve purchased many vehicles and this is the first car I’ve ever owned that I didn’t have to make a single compromise on the features it had due to lack of inventory. After the test drive he laid out all my options for me but did not push when I declined to purchase anything in addition to the truck itself (which is rare).
