I went in to the Wilsonville dealership with my son-in-law with the intent on buying my husband a truck. My son-in-law lives in Portland and had heard great things about their “no bull” policy. He did most of the inquiry about the truck on line and via email. We made the decision on the truck and I filled out the credit app on line. Once at the dealership we were given to Troy, who’s first impression was friendly and knowledgeable. There was truly no “Bull”. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns. One of which was a discrepancy about the price given to us during our inquiry and then at the dealership. Troy walked us thru this and secured a compromise on the price. We purchased the truck and while waiting for the paper work I asked him about trading in my Hylander and leasing a new 2019 to lower my payment. I live in Florence Or. Troy worked with me over the next few days via email and text to secure the car I wanted . Once again he was patient in addressing my questions and misunderstandings about the contract. He went above and beyond in traveling to Bend to secure the color of Hylander I wanted. It was the least stressful car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend this dealership and Troy to anyone looking for an honest No Bulls deal. More
