Worst experience. Sophia Ortiz was unprofessional. She cursed several times through the whole experience. Should have left. I felt so rushed. Received my new car all dirty they wouldn’t wash it because Sophia said they had no sponges to wash the car. Very weird. Then when I email her or called her no reply at all. Will never come back. Chris helped my mom (and I) out a great deal. We didn’t have an appointment. He was very busy but managed to provide full service for us and take care of his other customers.
