Kevin listened to me and found the best match for me and my situation. I am amazed at how smooth and efficient the whole process was. I didn’t have to play the cat and mouse haggling that has been a major part of every dealership experience I have ever had. I was waited on hand and foot and treated like a real human and not a walking commission check. The lobby is incredibly user friendly and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to buy. Great job Kevin and Wilsonville Toyota. Starting with Reilly Quinn and Taylor Diaz, super respectful and helpful, I requested to only use email at the beginning and that is what they did. Reilly scheduled my appointment and the rest is history. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I had already been to another dealership and was offered a deal. After going over a few options that didn’t work for my budget, I showed Kevin the offer from a competitor and he quickly found a truck that was better than the offer and then beat the offer. Rather than pushing the higher payment and trying to sell me on that, he found a truck that checked all the boxes, especially my budget. Make sure you ask for Kevin when you go. Excellent beyond compare. More
