I bring all of my vehicles here for oil changes and maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten them and find 2 others I can tighten by hand. This time I make an appointment and not only did prices double but was stuck waiting for 2 hours. I'll be doing my own maintenance from now on. More

This is my second time using this dealership and also same salesman. I feel like Bart is genuine and fair. The dealership let me store my cars on their lot, after the sale, for person reasons. I asked them to fix my marked up wheels on tge car but they wouldn't or even take some money off to make the deal better but they didn't do that either. They did fix the hail damage on car. I can see a clear difference in the darkness of the window tint on car and sapaugh wouldn't budge on giving me a deal with tge window tint. I was told my wheels could be found on ebay and that the wheels were cheap( that wasn't true). If anyone does read these reviews my name is Timothy Stassel and I bought a 2017 gmc acadia if sapaugh would fix the wheels that have chrome peeling from them that'd be great! And I would give them a 5 star rating but for now I can't because my expectations weren't met. More

The sales team is the greatest but I can’t say the same thing about service. The appointments times are approximate, I am told sometimes they have to finish the cars from the prior day first and I have to thing about service. The beginning trade offer was a low ball figure. I don,t like finding out after we have agreed on a price that I will be charged an additional $399.00 administrative cost, I should of been informed I don,t like finding out after we have agreed on a price that I will be charged an additional $399.00 administrative cost, I should of been informed of this additional charge to begin with. The salesman that I dealt with was Mike Daugherty. The rest of the sales process was fine and I was given a good finance rate. Was told by Mike that there was a second key that would be mailed to me, ten days later after I made at least two calls to Mike was told that he could not find key. I was told to take it to Sapaugh's service department and they would fix me up. Mike did not contact their service department about the key and I found out that the service department did not have a blank key on hand which meant i would have to drive back another round trip of 250 miles the next day. Mike Daugherty told me to take it to my local Chevrolet dealer and have the cost charged to Sapaugh. Again Mike did not contact the local dealerships sevice department to authorize this transaction. Finally after great help from Baldwin Chevrolet's service manger I got the key I was promised with no cost to me, after a 12 day delay. The sales process was fine but the followup on the key was horrible. More
