We were not aware of this dealership. We had just looked at a similar car at a nearby dealership (it had had a hard life) and were driving by Benz and Beemer and stopped in to look. We were met by Jim Avise, who brought us to the vehicle we were interested in. The deal was a little unusual for us in that the vehicle we were trading-in was more valuable than the car we were buying. Jim worked up the numbers which were OK, of course we wanted more money, but the offer was fair. We made the deal and finished up with Dustin Johnson, the finance guru. Very competent and minimum amount of waiting around. Actually took some $$$$ home with us. A couple of items needed to be corrected on the car, and Travis Woodyard is coordinating that for us. The work has not been completed yet, but we're confident all will be done properly, based on conversations with other customers in the service area. We've owned a number of luxury vehicles and this is the best all-around experience at a car dealership so far. More

After a year of having a car I loved, it was becoming too much to handle living in a city. (Turbo charged, all wheel drive). The car I was originally there to see wasn't the right car either but the staff was able to find me a beautiful MX-5. I felt the need to give them a high rating because Chris Reyes and David Bailey made the whole process painless and found a way to get me into my new convertible. They also followed up to make sure everything was great and Travis Woodyard in service was able to make the final touches to make the car perfect. More

When there was an issue with one of the tires the service department replaced the tire at no charge. Mr Scott Paich-service manager deserves special mention for his extraordinary service beyond the call of duty.On wednessday march 20,2013, I accidentally locked the car keys in the loaner car trunk at my residence around 6pm.I called the company to report the event and ask for assistance. I made frantic calls to some Locksmith companies as advised,but no one was willing to help or accept the job. My desperation grew as I have important chores that evening and my family was flying in from the East Coast the next morning, I need this car. Eventually I spoke with Mr Scott Paich and painstakingly explained my situation to him.He called me back in 10 minutes and agreed to come to my residence an hour away with the spare key from the company. True to his words, he arrived earlier than scheduled within the hour and opened the trunk where I had locked the car mistakenly. I was immensely relieved and remained very grateful to him. CBB did a nice job of stepping up and fixing the brake and convertible top issues with my Bo UPDATE I'm revising my review in light of recent events. CBB did a nice job of stepping up and fixing the brake and convertible top issues with my Boxster, BUT a couple days after I picked up the car, I discovered the repairs weren't done right. The windows don't sync properly with the convertible top. After having the vehicle for 10 days, you would have think someone would have tested that. I called me service rep a couple weeks ago when I discovered the problem with the top. I left a voice message for him, but never got a call back. I finally emailed the service manager, who did send me a nice note apologizing. But, I'm still sitting here with no plan to get this addressed. What's worse, now, the driver side door won't shut. I think I got a lemon. ORIGINAL REVIEW I was happy with the sales experience I had with Barry Bridges. He did a great job! They have very good pricing and did a nice job of handling an issue I had with my car initially. They really went above and beyond by taking care of a couple problems I had with the car. They paid for the repairs including adding new brake pads. I will be back to CBB again and will recommend my friends. **I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT THIS TIME.** More
