Outstanding Customer Service I purchased my vehicle from CBB and it developed a mechanical issue. I called Tony and he had an appt set for me. When I arrived Travis greeted me a I purchased my vehicle from CBB and it developed a mechanical issue. I called Tony and he had an appt set for me. When I arrived Travis greeted me and it was all handled with professionalism and efficiency. They diagnosed the problem and started the repair process. The even gave me a loaner while they made the repairs. The work was completed a head of schedule. My hat is off to Tony and Travis - great job. More

I like having a heads up before something goes wrong so I can either fix it then, or plan to fix it in the future; no one likes surprises when it comes to car repairs. More

Great attention and service from CBB We arrived in Scottsdale from out of town when our A/C system went down in 100+degree weather. We contacted our mechanic in California who referred We arrived in Scottsdale from out of town when our A/C system went down in 100+degree weather. We contacted our mechanic in California who referred us to CBB. When I called, I was connected with with Travis. I explained our situation and he was extremely helpful arranging for a tow service and getting our vehicle in with a technician the first thing the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick response the following day with the analysis of the problem and the cost for the repair. When we picked up the car later that day, the cost was as quoted over the phone, no surprises or gotchas. It was a very pleasant experience working with Travis and CBB, one that we will definitely consider if we decide to move to Scottsdale. More
