He made sure the 2 issues with our vehicle were taken care of and even provided a loaner vehicle for us when a part wasn't delivered on time and our vehicle needed to be kept overnight. The vehicle was ready when promised the next morning, and both issues were fixed correctly with no problems since then. I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! After a few days of looking for a used Honda Accord, I came across one on their website at a great price. He was super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like I have with other dealerships in the past. Danny and Lee were very flexible and willing to work with me without having a trade in. Travis in service came by to go over the history of the car and the maintenance records. Talk about above and beyond! Chris in finance was informative and thorough. I still can't get over how quick and painless the entire process was, I was out of there in an hour. What a relief!
