The customer service here is a joke from management down to the service department! Next we get a 2024 Santa Fe the transmission goes after just 2 weeks, my Santa Fe has now been in the shop for over a month. There has been no communication! I have to keep calling for an update. They ordered the part and then didn’t even know they had to order more. 33 days now my car is still sitting there. More

I drove over 3 hours to visit this dealership not only because of a really good deal on a vehicle, but because of the 5 star reviews I read beforehand. I had to play a bit of hardball with the Finance dept. to get a deal that can work for me but I understand that they have to make a profit also, and they didn't make me feel pressured, which is good. Again, Demetrius was chill, real, and relaxed the whole way, not the fake-excited type which turns me off. When I talked to him over the phone I did tell him that I can't get to his dealership until about 5 days, so not only did he understand, he put the car aside for me until I POSSIBLY arrived, again, 5 days in advance. Talked to the Finance dept. about add-ons and again, I didn't feel pressured. I asked questions and they were very transparent with me. I give this dealership 5 stars all the way, and most of those stars are because of the way they treated me. More
