He is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, accommodating and interested in what I wanted my 4th time around. Highly recommend him and this dealership even though it’s not the closest dealership to me. When I picked up my car, I was brought to a special showroom, entered, and was greeted by a number of happy staff members clapping for me with a huge red bow on top of my car! I was surprised and so excited! I had multiple follow-ups from Abed informing when my car would arrive. (It was being built for me). Starting in November, Ryan Yee greeted me at the dealership and he listened to my requirements in an SUV. As an artist, i need to have back gate accommodate a 48” wide up to 72” long painting.. I brought a 48” wide canvas with me and he allowed me to slip it into a 350 TX on the lot. I even had space to spare. Wow ! Let’s order the car now to fit the balance of my needs! I waited very impatiently. My TX arrived mid January and now I am learning to drive this computer on wheels. I had an excellent hour long tutorial from Trae Harris and I will certainly sign up for more. The Metro showroom is beautiful and everyone greets and treats you as if you are in their home. More
