We bought our Subaru CrossTrek while on the road driving between Washington and Arizona. We made an inquiry from Tucson Subaru's website and Estevan promptly got in touch with us. He answered all our questions, made a personal video, gave us numbers, and completed our negotiation including a trade-in all while driving across country. On the day of pickup, we had not even seen the CrossTrek, but Estevan had it all ready for us, including most of the paperwork. We did a test drive, checked out our trade-in and that was it! It was an amazing way to buy a car from our perspective, and Estevan went above-and-beyond to make it happen! More
