Let's start by saying that this is the most fun test drive of any car I have experienced. I felt like this test drive really highlighted the features and safety of the vehicle and I did not go home wondering about the capabilities of my new vehicle. The process of of going through the paperwork was easy and I felt that there was no pressure or rush to get into a car. It was ultimately all left in my hands to decide and when the numbers worked for me I was able to easily - with no hassle - able to drive home in a new car. CJ and Traci made this experience positive from start to finish and I really appreciate them. Due to the great experience I had joining the Subaru family I look forward to being a return customer and do not have any fears/concerns with the ability of this team in taking care of my vehicle and potential purchases in the future. More

CJ and I talked price and features, He answered my questions, he got my old vehicle evaluated. He is a very pleasant person to deal with. Also, he told me I could call him with questions regarding my vehicle. He really means it! I have called several times and he's been very helpful. The only thing that threw me for a loop was the extended maintenance and warranty. I had no idea it would cost as much as it does, so was taken by surprise. Wish I had been informed beforehand what it would cost so I didn't feel like I had to decide right on the spot to spend the extra $. But all in all, a good car buying experience. More

She helped us understand everything we were signing and, while she explained all of the upgrade packages, we never felt like we had to buy something we didn't want. Salesperson did indicate there would be options but perhaps the process could be changed so all of the all of the additional warranty, security etc. wouldn't have been an issue at closing.
