Great Experience I found buying from this dealer a very positive experience. I have always hated dealing with dealers. I never felt any pressure from my salesman. Never did I feel that he was trying to hide things from me. CJ Nichols, my salesman was probably one of the main reasons that I purchased this car. This dealership was fair with the value of my trade in. The price of the car was fair. Virtually a Hassle free experience. I would buy from this dealership and salesman again. The Financle end of this purchase was also hassle free. I was not offered a buch of add on that I did not need. More

Pressure-Free Used Car Buying Experience Manny was friendly and helpful when I came in to test drive a used car. He did not pressure myself or my wife at any point while looking at the car, Manny was friendly and helpful when I came in to test drive a used car. Ease of shopping I recently was looking into getting into a brand new car, and it wound up being between a Ford and a Subaru (I know, oranges and apples), but I wound I recently was looking into getting into a brand new car, and it wound up being between a Ford and a Subaru (I know, oranges and apples), but I wound up going with the Subaru due to the people there, along with the quality of the car. My salesman, Kevin W, was very approachable and gentle about the sale, not pushing or being aggressive. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had about the vehicle, and has done followups making sure that I like the car, and to see if I have developed any questions about it yet. The finance manager, Traci, was hilarious, professional, and honest. She informed me about everything and again wasn't pushing me into an uncomfortable zone. She was able to explain where all the numbers came from, gave me numerous quotes, and was very flexible towards what I wanted to get. Due to this visit, I would highly recommend working with both of these two extraordinary employees. They are worth working with and cut straight to the point. Thank you both of you! More

2015 Forester I was hesitant to buy a new car just because I have not had great experiences in the past but at the same time I was looking to get away from the deal I was hesitant to buy a new car just because I have not had great experiences in the past but at the same time I was looking to get away from the dealer I had bought my previous car with. My husband and I had a great experience at Tucson Subaru! Kevin Gribble made our buying process easy and seamless. He was very patient with us, answered any questions we had and was immediately available by phone whenever we needed him. We purchased a Forester and wanted it in white, however there were none in Tucson. Kevin immediately had a white one transferred from a dealer in Phoenix and it was in Tucson within hours of us requesting it. Traci Roberts was very nice and made financing easy. We are very pleased with Tucson Subaru and even after I left the dealer and had more questions Kevin was more than happy to help me out! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! More

Repair issues to new vehicle i took my 2014 Forester to them for electrical issues. I was at the dealer all day. They could not find the problem. I was frustrated. They allowed me to trade out of my 2014 and into a 2015. It was the easiest car deal I have ever done. No money out of my pocket and many perks, and at cost deals from them. I was so impressed with Kevin Woessner and how he handled the job. His supervisor, Loren Henry, was great also. The day wasn't easy and the decision wasn't easy, but the team there made a bad day into a good day More

Time came to investigate based on safety ratings and overall personal experience on the positive side from others I've met. Walked in to just take a peek, but wanted to schedule something off the bat, I don't think I ever even had to walk inside the first time, Steve had met me, inquired about my interest, answered some initial questions, and got me ready to go with contact info for a scheduled test drive in no time flat. Didn't take long after that, Steve took great time and car providing me the answers I needed, the proper comparisons between models, and a great overview of the benefits to moving into the Subaru family. Within about a month (in what I expected to take three or four), I've been a proud Subaru owner and would hope you'll do yourself the favor and at least go to the lot, see what all the fuss is about, and why I can say I have a third soft spot in my heart for a brand of car alongside Mustang and Mazda3. More

Nothing to fear - immediately at ease through an experienced and knowledgeable staff from John to Steve to Traci. Their presentation was clear, concise and straight forward. Alternatives and options were offered willingly and I had a sense of fair dealing that led to the lease of a 2015 Legacy. I hope I am now off on the next fourteen years without having to get a new car but if that is not the case I will head right back down to Tucson Subaru. More
