My father always said that other dealers made him have a sales associate ride in the front seat with him during a test drive or even check his credit first. When he bought the 1998 Outback (a car I still have to this day and I will give to my kids), the salesman asked him how he could buy a car without his wife and actually threw the keys at him and told him to take his wife out to lunch! He always laughed at that. Naturally, he bought. For my money, it's a Subaru. I am so glad you continue that tradition to this day! More

Professional, Honest - Great Experience I have purchased 5 cars in the past and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I had done extensive research prior to meeting with CJ. I I have purchased 5 cars in the past and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I had done extensive research prior to meeting with CJ. I knew I wanted the base model outback and knew what the range on pricing should be. The price was better than expected and I got exactly what I wanted. I did not feel pressure to upgrade from the base model. CJ was very professional and respectful throughout the interaction. Even after we purchased the outback with all paper work complete, he took about 30-45 minutes to really make sure I understood the features of the car, positive aspects of the outback, introduced me to the service department, etc. That was after I felt he had already done an excellent job providing me with information before the purchase. I think many salesman would have been satisfied with making a sale and then been in a hurry to move on to the next sale. That is not at all the experience I had with CJ. I love subaru and I can tell you with confidence when I need another car or if a friend does, CJ at Tucson Subaru will be the first stop. More

Outstanding Dealer - Terrific Experience Working with Kevin Gribble at Tucson Subaru was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Working with Kevin Gribble at Tucson Subaru was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Outback and within minutes, Kevin had emailed me back with answers to my questions. We met at the dealership later that day, test drove the model we were interested in and put a deposit on one that was due to arrive within days. In the following days (4), Kevin did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the delivery status and on the day the car arrived scheduled the convenient time for me to come in and complete the paperwork and take delivery. As an aside, it really helps that Kevin's just a bit of a techno-geek. His explanation of the Subaru audio and nav system was really good. I've barely had to look at the manual since. I'd also like to commend Traci Roberts in Finance. Not only does she do a really good job of explaining the paperwork and other optional services, she's a model of efficiency. She made what's otherwise a tedious process as painless as possible and did so with a lot of humor. More

Best car buying experience ever! There was no pressure applied, we took our time, and are very happy with the results. He took the time to stay in touch with us even when we delayed the purchase for a time. He also showed us the features on the car to make sure we could use them before we drove away. Traci took us through all the steps of the financial process and explained clearly what all the options were, so we could decide what suited us best. We laughed a lot during the process which is not something I had ever associated with car buying. More

Was very upset at the Gap company subaru sub-contracts its July 21 and i still owe $2400.00...so no car and 2 months later ..i just went to the dealership to see if i could speed up the process depression was starting to set in from driving a nissan for 2 months ..Kevin saw me and my wife and he recognized us right away ..Thats top notch Customer service imo. i told him the deal ...10 mins later i was test driving a 2016 sti! 2 hrs later i owned it!!!!!!!!!Traci made it a so easy getting financed..
