Loved the entire experience of purchasing my first Subaru! From the initial email and phone contact with Chris, to the test drive, to the eventual purchase of my 2015 Crosstrek Hybrid, it was a great experien From the initial email and phone contact with Chris, to the test drive, to the eventual purchase of my 2015 Crosstrek Hybrid, it was a great experience. Chris was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and Traci expertly guided me through all of my warranty, extras, and financing options. Everyone made me and my sweet dog feel welcome (yes, I took my dog on the test drive and he stayed with us for the whole purchase process) and at the end of the day I felt like I had made the absolute right choice in purchasing my first Subaru. I also want to mention that at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want and I think that Chris and the whole team gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and the final purchase price. They drug it out to a 8 hour ordeal and promised to replace a part on the jeep that was broken never happened. This had pretty much turned me off on dealerships, I decided after two years I would look for something new but was dreading the amount of time I would have to spend dealing with it. Professional and easy to work with I recently purchased a 2016 Forester 2.0XT Touring from Tucson Subaru and the experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be. I mean that in all ni I recently purchased a 2016 Forester 2.0XT Touring from Tucson Subaru and the experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be. I mean that in all niceness, my sales associate Sean was positive and helpful the entire time. He comes across sincere and interested in helping you find the right car and features that suit you. He didn't even say anything when I took some turns hard and fast and drove through a soft shoulder to test the AWD. The dealership also offers a discount for military which was one of the main selling points that brought me back for the sale. Not only was the vehicle price discounted, but optional features as well. Traci in Finance was also especially pleasant and helpful. We joked about the 'boiler room' stereotype car dealership finance offices evoke, but her's was bright and cheery just like Traci. I chose my Forester because of the fuel efficiency, AWD and engineering, safety track-record, and value. If this is your car criteria, I recommend you give Tucson Subaru a visit. More

When we had first met Ken, I had noticed his accent and that he was from NY/NY. Oh boy I thought, here we go again. But he was different and very honest of the knowledge of the product of Subaru. After kicking the tires so to speak. we took a test drive and I was not impressed with the cloth seats. Ken then suggested upgrading to leather which we were used to and it was then said we yes if we could come to a price that we could agree to. Ken was very informed and knowledgeable to explain features we had with the vehicle purchased and the completion of the sale. Thanks Ken, you helped us to have a more positive opinion of Sales People! More
