Even with an appointment, it just takes too long, especially at the end of the service. My car sat in the completed area for 30 minutes and I record no notification. The receptionist that my car was sitting there and she told me it wasn’t showing as completed. I had to ask a manager to confirm it. He went to my assigned manager, that’s when he came over to confirm it was finished. He then tells me that he said it would be long wait, I said fine but it’s been sitting there completed for 30min. You just have too many layers of communication and not of them were used or efficient. I never received a text of call. So what’s the point. I’m an ex manager so I know what I’m talking about. More

I recently had an issue that I was firmly in the right and your service manager , after patiently hearing my concerns agreed that I was entitled to a full refund. That’s why I come here. Free 15,000 mile work was done efficiently. Nice customer lounge. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me for a new cabin filter. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and then was charged for a Claremont value package, which I did not agree upon, the associate who was helping me never showed me any documents and told me tha was charged for a Claremont value package, which I did not agree upon, the associate who was helping me never showed me any documents and told me that I was signing just to confirm that I did show up for my appointment, not that I was agreeing to pay over $170 to get an oil change… I had come in also with a recall letter that I wanted to have assessed for a valve issue on my RAV4, the associate told me that I shouldn’t use it right now, and I should wait until the issue actually appears on my car, even though I had voiced that I think I’m having the same issue and wanted it to be checked out. Once again a concern was just dismissed. I was in contacted via text message by the associate to let me know that I needed to have my front brakes replaced brake fluid wash, new alternators put in my car, and that in total that would cost $335 for front brakes and $195 for them to be cleaned… then when I requested the full diagnostic report, she had the technician send me photos of the brakes of my car. I had to request for a third time to have a diagnostic report sent to me so I would know exactly what’s wrong with my brakes to confirm that this repair was necessary. This unfortunately isn’t the first time that I’ve been ripped off at this location and been charged excessively, As a young woman, I feel very taken advantage of at this location and will never be bringing my car back here and will also make sure to never recommend this specific Toyota location. Considering that I then went to another Toyota location and had a diagnostic report ran on my brakes that showed that I did not need a full brake replacement, and in fact there were dust particles in my brakes, which caused them to squeak. This location is such a scam and should be reported To the business bureau. Alongside with that, it does not matter at all if you make an appointment because you will be waiting there at least five hours. And then, even if you tell them that you have a ride and you won’t be waiting on site, they then take until 5 PM to service your car and return it to you. I’m completely disappointed with my experience here and once again we’ll never be coming back and will make sure to leave reviews so people are aware of what a scam this location is. Some of the worst customer service and there is no transparency with the charging. And it is specifically this Toyota location that is ran this way. It’s disheartening to know that they would take advantage of a customer. More
