Experience was okay. The usual, sales advisor showed car, test drove vehicle, presented a price, explained the down payment and the monthly estimate. Closed deal. I was truly disappointed at the end when the sales advisor did a courtesy call to check in with me and how I was liking the vehicle. Informed him of a minor issue I noticed afterward and asked if I can take it to the dealer for a courtesy check up. Explained that he would check with his manager and never returned my call. I wasn’t asking for a fix. Just wanted to know if they would look at the car as a courtesy since I bought it there. Perhaps because it wasn’t one of their cars (Honda) then my concern had no priority. Communication is key, no matter if it’s good or bad news. Reasonable people understand what can and cannot be done, now I remember why I hate shopping for vehicles. I’ll take my friends and family elsewhere. More

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Tony Rodriguez if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. He was very welcoming and informative and truly kept all of my concerns in mind when trying to find me a new car. I was looking to buy a new vehicle. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning, however, he made both myself and my mother feel comfortable enough in our decision, which in turn made the process much smoother. His charisma, kindness and incredible rapport is truly appreciated. I would also like to thank Chris Diaz for walking me through the final stages and taking his time to explain everything once more to ensure I had no further doubts.
