Second time back for service and it was amazing. Manager Tony Mack went above and beyond to assist me with my 2022 F150. I’ve never had this kind of service from another dealership! Took my Hybrid vehicle in for oil change and inspection with tire rotation. They discovered problem with battery and replaced it at no charge since it still under warranty. /they also performed an update with tire rotation. I brought my F-150 in for brake pads and a tire balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady t balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady told me I needed front brake pads (which I already knew) and some rear brake actuator repair, and again told me I would be out of there by 11:00. At 11:16, she told me it would be another hour. I noticed no one was actually working on my vehicle in the bay and confronted the service crew several times about the time delay. I didn’t get my truck back until after 3:00. The service lady lied to me and never told me I needed front rotors as well as pads. My final bill was over $1k. I will NEVER bring my truck back to Purvis and based on my experience, I will go to another Ford dealer when I buy my new truck next year. More

Comments are primarily customer service related. Purvis Ford leadership really needs to look at the front end of the service center. Upon arriving, my wife waited in her vehicle in the service bay Purvis Ford leadership really needs to look at the front end of the service center. Upon arriving, my wife waited in her vehicle in the service bay for 10 minutes. Then asked if someone was helping her by an employee which she replied she had not. Employee said he'd get someone out. Waited another 10 minutes and was asked was she being helped. Responded "no" and the employee actually said he could not get anyone's attention so it would be best for her to go in the service area office and get attention. Talked to the first lady on the right who took 30 secs and said' ok, your good to go. This was for a scheduled 60K maintenance check. Called later in the day (around 5:15) to see if the vehicle would be done that day was told "Rosy went home and probably not. Rep said she'd leave a message on Rosy's computer to call in the morning. Received a call 20 minutes later and said the vehicle was actually done. This note is indicative of my last 3 service visits at Purvis Ford. That last one was to get a recall addressed. Even after confirming the appointment, upon arrival, was told someone forgot to order the recall part. For the most part, I have sensed an utter sense of lethargy in the office where vehicles are processed for maintenance. So much so that I'd actually refrain from purchasing another Ford vehicle from Purvis for fear of having to deal with the service reps. Remember, these are the front line "face to face' customer reps. It may be that Purvis does a great job on the actual maintenance side of things, but when a customer is reluctant to use this facility due to lack of communications and a lethargic approach to customer service it casts a negative view on the entire facility. More
