I usually come to this dealership for service for my late model Infiniti. I found Fabian Jaimes and Tony Bonifazi very professional and helpful. I just purchased my 2023 QX 55 on 7/31/22. The Finance Manager, Jacob Lubinski, made my purchase go very smoothly. The sales manager, Joe Fruzuna was extremely helpful. Great experience with both sales person, Lisa Krop, as well as Joe Belmonte and service manager Tony who all helped me with my Infiniti that was in for service bought from another dealership. Without the well as Joe Belmonte and service manager Tony who all helped me with my Infiniti that was in for service bought from another dealership. Without their guidance, I would not have got rid of lemon car sold to me by nearby Toyota dealership. Absolutely love my QX80. Bought mine 2 years old with 49000 miles certified and i saved a ton of money. It was just a Luxe with Nav but the 8 year bumper to bumper CPO warran Bought mine 2 years old with 49000 miles certified and i saved a ton of money. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I recently purchased a 2021 QX50. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I recently purchased a 2021 QX50. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my sales person Andrea Ramirez. She was a true professional who helped me through everything. My only issue was that my windshield was cracked and I didn't notice it the night we test drove it, nor did we notice it when we picked it up the next night, being that it was during the evening. I called the following day to inform Andrea my windshield had a small crack on the passenger side. She check with service who informed her they were aware of it. Not sure why service didn't inform Andrea of this when they performed the inspection. Andrea contacted their used car repair man who came out to my home to repair the windshield surrounding my schedule, which was great. I'm not to happy with the repair that was performed on the windshield, being that you can tell where the windshield was cracked and repaired still. Service should have immediately informed Andrea of the cracked windshield. Other than that, everything else was great. LaKesha Rudd More

I’ve been with this dealership probably for the last six years. I do 125,000 miles a year on average as a television and film producer doing location scouting I’m traveling state to state because I don’t li years. I need a reliable car but I need a strong Steph of people that I can trust to keep me on the road. I’ve tried other dealerships in the Chicagoland area and in the suburbs as well and the one thing that brings me back to infinity and Claredon Hills is the fact that they’re more than just A car dealership. They are a strong family owned dealership The tried to treat you like family. If I would have to choose one thing they would set them apart from everybody else you’d be the no pressure sales experience. I told him I was looking at buying possibly I’ll BMW or a Lexus over my first car and they totally understood and even suggest then I go to the other dealerships and drive those cars and ask for their warranties. Infiniti knew what they were doing. Eight years bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warranty i’m a preowned vehicle. Lexus and BMW didn’t have anything in place to even compete with that. If any of Claredon Hills had a Q 50 sport for my first car from Infiniti it was about 40% cheaper over the BMW and Lexus models I was looking at and they stood by their vehicle with an eight year bumper-to-bumper warranty. I didn’t have to drive around Chicago looking at all these different vehicles because Infiniti Harden Hills had a nice stack of certified preowned vehicles. After the test drive I told him when I was looking for specifically for colors and they have it within two days. So much easier than driving around trying to find a vehicle from somebody I didn’t want to buy it from. These guys are truly outstanding. My son is getting his car in about two years. And I’m gonna make him buy an Infiniti just so He understands the concepts of putting customers first and professionalism from a business. Shout out to the owner Peter my salesman Bill Malarkey LOL I’m sure The first thing they’re going to tell you is that I talk a lot. But that’s only because I feel comfortable around there dealership and I get excited when I come in because it’s like I haven’t seen them for a while and I’m just trying to catch up. But yeah These guys rock. Tony and service is pretty nice to. The first service manager it actually tries to help save money on my services. More
