I made an appointment for an oil change at 12 noon. I watched out the waiting room window and saw my car moving up a huge line of cars. I saw them take my car into to the mechanic’s bay about 1pm. What was the point of making an appointment if it does not give you priority for service? I know you cater to walk-ins but at the expense of those with appointments? I was out around 1:45 pm . Too long for an oil change with a cursory inspection if you ask me. No more oil changes here. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I should know better. More

He returned my car within the 2 hour window as promised. I dropped off my car early and it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the granola bar and hot chocolate while I waited.
