I can't even give them 1 star! (but had to click a star in order to post) This was the worst car buying experience EVER! 1st- We made an appt to meet the salesman on a friday... w (but had to click a star in order to post) This was the worst car buying experience EVER! 1st- We made an appt to meet the salesman on a friday... when we arrived he indicated he had another customer come in right before us so we had to wait... we waited like 45 mins... ended up leaving for awhile and coming back.. we originally went to look at used cars but changed our mind and wanted to look at leasing..so we gave him a budget and was told a Honda HR-V was our only option... so we drove one that had leather and sunroof...but they didn't have the color we liked. and we were told the only different between the one we drove and one we ended up with was cloth vs leather and no sunroof vs sunroof. after signing paperwork and getting in the car to leave it was clear those weren't the only differences.... manual seats, no wireless charger, different display. I contacted the salesman as soon as I got home and planned to go in the next day to discuss options on swapping vehicles... next day comes and we are told we could swap vehicles but it would be another $90/mo.... and then as we are looking at the cars we are told the there is a stop sale on all of them due to a recall that needs to be done so we will have to wait until Monday...during the wait from Saturday to Monday we started to look at the contract more and found that we were charged $3450 for a service warranty that was NEVER discussed with us. Monday rolls around... go to the dealership and i'm told that I can no longer swap vehicles... I have to "trade-in" my new car and get used pricing on it.... I could trade in the car for a new car and pay another $200/mo. They refused to "unwind" the deal Saturday even though it was way less than 24 hours after the original deal was signed. They have refused to take the car back and give us what we paid for it and just be done with the deal. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau after talking with another dealership and getting their opinion. So far Corwin has declined any resolution I have offered the car sits in my driveway not being drove until a solution can be figured out. I would NEVER recommend Corwin to anyone and I will NEVER go to Corwin again. I have also contact Honda corporate with a dealership review! More

I've been doing business with the Corwin Automotive Group since 1984. Trish is the best salesperson I've ever worked with! In the past 4 years I have bought 5 vehicles from her. ( 3 new Honda's 1 used Honda since 1984. Trish is the best salesperson I've ever worked with! In the past 4 years I have bought 5 vehicles from her. ( 3 new Honda's 1 used Honda and a 2500 Ram pickup with under ten thousand miles) Every purchase went very smoothly because Trish is very HONEST and doesn't leave you wondering if you are being taken advantage of. I always feel like I'm getting the best deal possible! On one of my purchases we verbally discussed a trailer hitch coming standard on my 2025 Black Edition Pilot. When I got home after completing the sale, I noticed that the hitch was missing. I called Trish and found out it was standard equipment on the Trail Sport, not the Black Edition. She made sure that I had a new hitch installed on my Pilot, at no cost, even though this was not in the written contract, just discussed verbally! This is just one example of the many benefits I get from working with Trish! In the last 40 years of doing business with Corwin and other dealerships, Trish is by far the best, hardest working salesperson I've ever worked with, do not hesitate to do business with her! More

George has sold me several vehicles over the past 15 years. I tell him what my plan and goals are and he makes it work every time. He never waste my time and gets it done. Price was higher than msrp which had a 400 dollar charge for color. Jacob said we would get it at no extra charge. Sent him a text to inquire but no reply. Also said we didn’t want any add ons but there were two. Didn’t ask for a pulse for 395 but was on total. Didn’t hear anything about it. So paid more than we thought we should have been charged. They were nice but things should be explained much more plainly. Like the vehicle but not the car buying experience. It’s stressful when a person spends that much. More
