The Perfect Car Buying Experience We were in the market to lease a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and found the 'Manager's Special' lease deal on the Star Hyundai website. We found the exact car We were in the market to lease a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and found the 'Manager's Special' lease deal on the Star Hyundai website. We found the exact car in the exact trim and color right on the website and when I visited the showroom, I was greeted by the manager who introduced me to Tommy Tong. Both men were friendly, very knowledgable and best of all....NO HAGGLING. The price that I saw online was the price I got and this was simply the best car buying experience I've ever had. I hate negotiating and haggling and having to worry whether or not an unscrupulous car salesman is doing funny math or adding extras onto the deal hoping that I won't notice. None of those things happened with Tommy and Star Hyundai. They were honest, straightforward, very accommodating and answered every question I had. I walked in and 45 minutes later (after a test drive, going over the terms and contacting my insurance company), I was signing a lease deal for a terrific price. I'm very happy with every level of service that Star Hyundai provided and I can't recommend them highly enough. More
