Tommy Tong was amazing. I was not sure if we were actually going to buy the Elantra or the Honda Civic. After coming in to see Tommy and the unbelievable service he gave us there was no doubt that w actually going to buy the Elantra or the Honda Civic. This is my 3rd Star Hyundai vehicle. Picked up my leased 2021 Tucson last month and love it! Randomly worked with salesperson Tommy Tong. He was very helpful, very clear, and most importantly was very transparent with price talk. There were no shady games being played like the other dealers I had helpful, very clear, and most importantly was very transparent with price talk. My experience wasn't the best overall ok. The sales representative was nice and knowledgeable even though, he was young and inexperienced. Although very helpful and attentive i have to say. I'm a littl representative was nice and knowledgeable even though, he was young and inexperienced. Although very helpful and attentive i have to say. I'm a little unhappy with the loan officer, i felt he has a little rough and disrespectful. At the end of the day doesn't matter how difficult/ hard i am. The customer should always has to be first. I work in the serving industry and i know how much of a pain some people can be but without customers there is no business and unhappy customer makes way more damage than a happy one. Service department it's ok. Overall i will give them a 3.5 score since is convenient and they have a decent inventory. More
