Always a pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Flemington BMW. Tom Terrill is fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just one, but two test drives, sharing helpful insights about the car’s specifications along the way. The Flemington dealership is a bit of drive for us (and there's another BMW dealership in my town - just 10 minutes away!), but the extra time and effort is completely worth it.
