What really stood out was how organized and proactive Tom was. We were coming from out of town with a tight schedule, and he went out of his way to have everything prepared in advance - planned various activity planned out, so that our time at the dealership was efficient and stress-free. He coordinated seamlessly with the business office, clearly communicated what documents we needed ahead of time, and made sure the car was reserved and ready when we arrived. Buying a car can often feel rushed or overwhelming — this experience was the opposite. Tom made it smooth, calm, and even enjoyable. Hi, had an issue related to my Z4 where if not covered under the warranty would have been very expensive to get fixed. Brian Seymore my Service rep was absolutely terrific keeping me posted and doing all under the warranty would have been very expensive to get fixed. Been dealing with Flemington BMW for many years and cars and they never disappoint. Definite a 5 star and another thanks to Brian for his efforts. Highly recommend Flemington and all the associates I’ve dealt with over the years and recently when I just leased another Z4, my fourth. In this case Tom Terrill of Sales was equally as professional going through the process for my new lease.
