He knows his product and knows his customers. When I walked in to look at the 535i, he knew exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process leading to an order. He frequently follows up with the customer, keeping him informed of the progress of the order right up to delivery. I couldn't be more enthusistic about the service supplied by the staff. Howard Fomm did an excellent job of explaining the financial process and making clear all the elements of the lease. He was also helpful because he drives a 535i. All in all my experience with Flemington BMW was superb. I can't imagine a better delership. More

Following my son's example, I bought my first BMW used, and it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Even though it did not originate at Flemington BMW, their service team has been suberb, and they hav and it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Even though it did not originate at Flemington BMW, their service team has been suberb, and they have treated me like I bought every car I have ever owned from them. When my wife decided that she needed a new car, we wanted to buy a BMW, but she could not make a decision as to model or style, new or certified pre-owned. Tom worked with us for nearly three years, patiently walking through every option available to us from model to model, SUV to coupe. He never pressured us into making a decision that we were not comfortable with, and always had our best interests in mind. Even though we were in the habit of unexpectedly dropping by the dealership to see what was on the lot, Tom never made us feel like we were taking up his time. Even if he was busy with another customer, he made the time to say helow, and ensured that we were taken care of my another member of the Flemington BMW sales team. When we finally decided on a new 2011 335xi, it turned out to be my Christmas gift for my wife. Tom made sure our delivery was a momentus occasion, and spent an enormous amount of time explaining all the features of this fantastic car to my wife. She is pleased as can be, and I am looking forward to making another BMW addition to our family in the near future. More
