I just leased my second Ford Escape from Tom Ryan at Szott Ford. From the minute we walked in the door, it was a positive experience. We had exchanged emails prior to my visit, so Tom new exactly what Szott Ford. From the minute we walked in the door, it was a positive experience. We had exchanged emails prior to my visit, so Tom new exactly what I was looking for. He had a car ready for me to test drive, and he new exactly what inventory was available. He was able to answer every question I asked. On delivery day, the weather was awful, so Tom and Norm drove the car to my house! We signed the paperwork at my kitchen table! Tom is friendly, knowledgable,and professional. I absolutely will visit Szott again, and I will continue to recommend Tom as well as Szott Ford. Thank you! More

I come from a GM family and have owned mostly GM's all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad custome all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad customer experiences with Lasco Ford we went to Szott Ford of Holly and we made the right decision. My wife and I started dealing with Szott Ford In 2012 specifically with Tom Ryan (a very personable man.) We knew within a year we would be coming into a very difficult situation. Tom was very attentive to our situation and provided us with all possible options and did not leave any stones unturned. I know because I researched all vehicle rebates and trade-in values for the past year to see how our negative trade in would match up. Tom did not sidetrack us in anyway for his own personal gain. In no way, did we ever get the feeling of a snaky sales person or dealer. As my wife and I got cold feet and did not purchase in 2012, we had to take a chance and purchase in August 2013.This is when we truly realized Tom Ryan and Szott Ford had our best interest in mind. Tom had kept in contact with us periodically through out the year and when we came into the dealership Tom had known our needs and explored all options again. We are not picky people but I am hard to impress when your'e spending a lot of money for years to come. You want a person and company who cares. Szott Ford of Holly and Tom Ryan did that. My salesman Tom Ryan was friendly, knowledgable about the products and service options. He was never pushie or condescending to me being a female. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus and leased a 2013 F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the market for a new dealership. Tom Ryan has been my salesman for several years at Lasco and when he left, my service left with him. I had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Lasco in the past. I found Szott Ford to be very friendly and most helpful from the initial "hello" to the time Tom and the finance manager were helping me put the deal together for the two vehicles. My wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and informed during the entire process. There was no pressure and none of the long waiting and sometimes over done sales pitches. I purchased an Edge from Tom Ryan, my sales person, in March so when the need for a cargo van, for our company, came up I knew exactly who I would call. There were some extras that we needed installed in March so when the need for a cargo van, for our company, came up I knew exactly who I would call. After years of car buying, purchasing our new Ford Focus from Tom Ryan at Szott's Ford has been the most amazing experience we have ever had. Believe me, Tom had no easy task with us as I'm sure he would ag from Tom Ryan at Szott's Ford has been the most amazing experience we have ever had. Believe me, Tom had no easy task with us as I'm sure he would agreee that we made him work very hard for us. He went way beyond what anyone should, to find us "that right car", work the right numbers for the payment we needed and arrange a perfect time for us to drive across the entire state to pick up our car. I would recommend Tom Ryan to everyone who wants to deal with a respectful, honest, kind and customer-caring person when purchasing a car. Not once did I feel we weren't in great hands and being taken care of by the best! Every detail was taken care of before we even got to the dealership, and I can't believe how smooth the delivery process went. We didn't have to worry about anything, and the process was painless! Definitely a perfect class act... It was obvious Tom was not new to his line of business as he showed confidence and awesome professionalism from the start. A special thanks to Chris Boan, the sales manager, for working so hard to assist Tom with pricing and getting us to a payment we could afford. I know he worked hard to get us to that place of comfort financially and didn't give up on us... his hard work did not go unnoticed. Together with Tom, they were a great team and never did they give the impression they were exhausted with all of our phone calls and time it took to bring the sale together. I have always enjoyed the display of vehicles at Szott Ford that can be seen from I-75, however today is the first time I actually went to the dealership. He is the first salesperson I ever purchased a vehicle from on the same day I was window shopping.
