This is my first visit to Szott’s. I was given some negative feedback about Szott’s but they were the only (THE ONLY) dealership in SE Michigan that had the vehicle I was looking for. I was given some negative feedback about Szott’s but they were the only (THE ONLY) dealership in SE Michigan that had the vehicle I was looking for. Fingers crossed. I walked into the showroom and had the sense of calm, a really good vibe. My new salesperson, Liam Belill, greeted me with a firm handshake, direct eye contact and a smile. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Being a patient listener as well as a great communicator, Liam found the truck I wanted. This process would’ve taken a couple hours, if that, but I had to wait for my insurance information. Which turned out to be a good thing because Szotts allowed me to drive my future truck home for the remainder of the day. Sweet, a test drive and have it all night, I’m in!!! I was buying regardless but still a great option they provide. The following day, I returned to Szott’s. Liam introduced me to Nick Riley another great listener and communicator. Nick walked me through all the paperwork, initialed and singed what was required. Not once in the entire process did I sense any pressure to make the deal or to add something that wasn't necessary. All in all I had a fantastic experience. Every person I met was pleasant and helpful. I even touched base with an old high school buddy, Anthony Ketchum (small world). Out of all the dealerships I have been to, I can honestly say the Szott’s team treated me with respect and appreciation. Like family! I will highly recommend Szott Ford to everyone and I will be coming back for every vehicle purchase. More

Just purchased my third vehicle from Ford, this dealership truly stands above all others. the sales people were all so great, especially Jani & Jacob. They were personable, accurate, fair. The dealership screwed up ordering the car, it should have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. Unfortunately I took the car, believing it had Navigation since it has the touch screen. No have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. I'd like to thank Jacob Warner and his manager for helping me get an electric lumbar installed in the drivers seat and for finding me a spare tire. I'm disabled and in Mi. it's not uncommon for us to helping me get an electric lumbar installed in the drivers seat and for finding me a spare tire. I'm disabled and in Mi. it's not uncommon for us to get minus 15-20 below zero. Without a spare I'm basically stranded if I get a blowout or something was to cut my sidewall. I can't walk over 1/3 mile as I have spinal stenosis. These folks moved mountains to help me out and I can't thank them enough. For anyone reading this don't assume that if you purchase the same make and model from one year to the next that you'll get the same options, as Ford cut the s__t out of mine. Thank you Jacob. More
