Called the dealer on Friday and put a vehicle on hold. Called on Saturday to work out the financing. Apparently their system was not updated. Asked to hold the car till the following Monday. Got email con Called on Saturday to work out the financing. Apparently their system was not updated. Asked to hold the car till the following Monday. Got email confirmation that they would hold the car through Monday. Took half day off from work. Had the kids miss school. Drove to the dealership (1 hour) on Monday. On reaching there we were told the car had already been sold earlier that day. No other car available in the color we wanted. Made it seem like it was our fault that we didn't take delivery on Saturday. It ruined our day. Had to drive back home, another hour, empty handed. A huge disappointment and worse ethics. More

Unfortunately this review doesn't even deserve 1 star..... Probably -5 stars.... I am aware that Szott Ford is a business.... But let me first begin my HORRIBLE experience with them. I first went to star..... Probably -5 stars.... I am aware that Szott Ford is a business.... But let me first begin my HORRIBLE experience with them. I first went to look at a car on a Saturday... Delila was our sales person. The car I told her about wasn't on the lot and she told me it was probably across the street... I told her while she went to find that car I could test drive the same car in a different color, which I did. I liked it so much I was really excited about the one I had my eyes on... As she was still looking for the car she asked someone where it could be. At the point she told me it was used as a courtesy vehicle for the weekend but will have it back on Monday. Fast forward to Monday evening.. The story changed to the OWNERS WIFE has the car and they are out of town all week but it is safe in their garage at home.... Already at the dealership second time driving here..... A couple weeks go by... and here we are today... I am still interest in the car and reach back out for a BETTER EXPERIENCE...... SO I WAS THINKING.... Emailed Delila regarding the car and it was still available. She even had her Sales manager Anthony reach out to me. He was very understanding of what happened the first time around... Or so I thought.... Let him know I could put down a deposit and my fiancé would be calling back..... I called him an hour later letting him know he would be calling shortly leaving a voicemail.. At this point we both left voicemails with Anthony. Knowing how busy things can get we decided to head up to the dealership after I got off of work....About an hour drive for myself to Szott. We get to the dealership and again are greeted by Delila excited to finally SEEE and PURCHASE this car... We sit down at her desk and told her I would like to drive it first... She went to grab the keys and was gone a little while.. She then comes back to her desk with a comment.... Funny Story..... the couple behind you are actually purchasing the vehicle you want.... Not sure how this is a funny story Delila because again I have now drove out here 3 separate times AND WAS BUYING THE CAR.... Wasting my time..... I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.... They clearly don't care about the buyer...... And are only seeing dollar signs and sales... More

Exceptional customer service I worked with Tom Mazawey. He was awesome. He showed me several cars and was patient as I made my decision. Tom Mazawey and the entire team at Szott went to work and made some magic happen. They took our current lease off our hands and sent us off in a brand new Edge with a very reasonable payment & zero money down. We couldn’t believe how easy the process was. The dealership has plenty of snacks to keep your kids entertained if you have to bring them like we did. If we could rate them a 10, we would. Headed back next week to unload another lease and drive off in another new Ford. Thanks Tom, Anthony and Stephen for treating us so well More
