Just purchased my third vehicle from Ford, this dealership truly stands above all others. the sales people were all so great, especially Jani & Jacob. They were personable, accurate, fair. The dealership screwed up ordering the car, it should have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. Unfortunately I took the car, believing it had Navigation since it has the touch screen. No have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. Now I am told, I didn’t order the car that way, navigation is not available on my Explorer (even though Szott Ford has them on their lot) I have lost my trust with Szott after many years of being a Loyal Customer If you order a car from them check and double check the paperwork yourself and when it comes in verify that the car has what YOU ordered More
