I followed Chris from Alan Ford in Bloomfield Hills over 15 years ago, although I had to drive almost 20 more miles to keep him as my salesperson. He changed dealerships for a well deserved promotion. It was very hard for me to give him up, but after many times trying he finally cinvinced me to try this new guy, Tom Ryan. Tom had some pretty big shoes to fill, but I trusted Chris in his decision. I am pleased to say that he was everything Chris told me. He will never meet the expetations that I have in Chris, but he is only one step behind. I have enjoyed Ford products for over 35 years. I love the company and have nothing but respect that they were the only company in the big three that didn't have to have Government assistants. The only regret that I have, is if Chris gets a better offer(in the Company) I will have to follow him. Please keep him in Michigan. More

Tom Ryan by far went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership/ salesman that i've never been to before or worked with. My family has been going to the same dealership for years and this was the from a dealership/ salesman that i've never been to before or worked with. My family has been going to the same dealership for years and this was the first time anyone has purchased a car from anywhere else. From the very first phone call to the time my truck was DELIVERED I felt that I was the only person Tom was working with! Tom made it a point to communicate with me through the entire process and it was his suggestion that they come pick up my trade in and drop off my truck, which was over 45 minutes away from Holly. I would personally recommend Szott Ford and Tom to anyone asking where to go to buy a new or used Ford. If it wasn't clear by now I plan on continuing to take my business to Tom and Szott Ford in the future when it's time to trade up to my next truck. Also Larry the porter who delivered my truck was the man too, very knowledgable and helped me through the lease signing and trade in paperwork! More
