Thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate your recognition of our Sales Team, Pedro and James, we must respectfully clarify the situation regarding your recent service experience. Your 2009 Toyota Venza was towed to our service department due to a significant engine noise and a massive oil leak that occurred while you were driving on the highway. Upon inspection, our technicians discovered that the high-pressure oil lines had come apart, resulting in a substantial loss of oil and subsequent engine damage. We advised you at that time that the engine had likely sustained internal damage and strongly recommended against moving forward with repairs, as it would not be a cost-effective solution. However, you repeatedly insisted that we proceed with replacing the oil lines. In good faith, and based on your request, we completed the work and fully disclosed that the engine continued to exhibit noise and was likely compromised. We explicitly informed you that the vehicle should not be driven in its current condition. Despite this, you elected to pick up and drive the vehicle, at which point the engine unfortunately failed a few miles later. We understand your frustration, but we must be clear that our service team acted responsibly and with transparency throughout this process. The repair and recommendations were communicated in detail, and the decision to drive the vehicle against our advice was ultimately yours. Safety is always our top priority, and we regret that this situation has resulted in distress for you and your family. If you would like to further discuss this matter, we encourage you to reach out to our Service Manager directly at (833) 312-7657. We are always willing to talk openly and work toward constructive resolutions.

Let me be absolutely clear: under no circumstances should anyone — including myself — be allowed to operate this partially repaired and potentially dangerous vehicle without a full on-site diagnostic, including endoscopic inspection and any other professional-grade methods necessary to properly assess the engine's health. Simply “listening to the engine” is not a diagnostic — it’s a joke, and an insult to basic mechanical standards. I explicitly paid for thorough diagnostics and repair estimates — not guesswork. I never pressured you or your team in any direction. The only reason I agreed to drive this car off your lot was because I was assured it was drivable, and could be stored in my garage before being donated as-is to Kars4Kids for a tax deduction. Instead of getting zero trade-in value and more padded repair bills, I made a reasonable, informed decision — based on your false assurances. I trusted Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro 100% — until your greed, negligence, and incompetence shattered that trust. As I’ve already stated: the V6 engine catastrophically failed and immobilized the vehicle in under five minutes, stranding me in the middle of a public road. That didn’t just happen — that happened because you did not test this vehicle properly. You know you didn’t. You put my safety at risk by knowingly releasing a hazardous vehicle onto public highways — and for that, you will be held accountable. Prepare for legal action. Your dealership license, business insurance, and internal documentation better be in order — because my attorneys and state prosecutors will be contacting you. Expect a subpoena. This isn’t a threat. It’s a promise.

Aden, thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, you placed a deposit on a vehicle that was awaiting its title. When the title arrived and you came in to complete the purchase, you requested an extended warranty be included—something that was not part of the original agreement. When we were unable to accommodate this, you decided not to proceed and mentioned posting on social media. We strive to ensure all transactions are fair and transparent, and we’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact our management team at 866-660-3920. Thank you.
