We came in to test drive a vehicle i liked the car and wanted to buy it they didnt have a title but i was told a price that would come with an extended warrant waited a week and a half for them to get the wanted to buy it they didnt have a title but i was told a price that would come with an extended warrant waited a week and a half for them to get the title, went in to finance the car got all the way to the end till they told me the original deal wasnt a option and that we were lying about it. go here if u want to pay more then what the cars worth and waste 10plus hours waiting for them to talk to managers just for them to take back the offer. **DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY LET ME TEST DRIVE SOMEONES BOUGHT CAR** I came to this dealership looking for a new car, specifically interested in the RAV4. The first car the dealer brought me to, we init BOUGHT CAR** I came to this dealership looking for a new car, specifically interested in the RAV4. The first car the dealer brought me to, we initially liked. Took it out for a test drive for awhile, and when we came back we began to talk numbers and negotiate. After our salesman, Marcarthur Mercidieu, ran around for easily half an hour he came back to us to tell us the car had been sold A WEEK PRIOR. Meaning they let us, and the couple after us test drive someone's already purchased vehicle. Apart from being incredibly frustrated about this, the salesman then drove us around the lot for 30 minutes looking for a car that wasn't even at the dealership. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had car shopping. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here, especially if you don't want people to test drive your already purchased vehicle. More

A 2012 Tacoma .He helped with my trade and finance of my truck .Not to mention the finance dep great with the product I was interested in purchasing. When I was looking to buy Camry sales people were not helpful and were argumentative with each other. I went 30 Miles to Bristol Toyota in swansea. Much better sales and service people. Opening times helpful and were argumentative with each other. I went 30 Miles to Bristol Toyota in swansea. Much better sales and service people. Opening times listed online are incorrect, have been for several years. I brought this up to people there who said they would look into it. Even though their online presentation has been changed, the incorrect hours have NOT been changed. It inconvenient to have parts open 1hr later than service. If want very early service (7AM) and want a part,like a key, must wait till parts opens later on. More
