I want to express my gratitude to AJ, the service desk, and the service manager for their exceptional support. When purchasing a new car, you anticipate a seamless experience, but I encountered a few issues. After having the seat cover replaced, my only remaining concern is that the molded plastic cover, which conceals the seat frame when you open the door, wasn't installed correctly. This cover features four guide stakes and two spring clips on top, and I was able to reinstall it correctly myself rather than bringing my truck back in. As an FSE for a biochemistry robotic company, I understand the importance of ensuring that all covers and hardware are installed properly; loose hardware is simply not an option for us. It's a standard we uphold diligently to avoid any return service visits. My primary concern is ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. More
