I went there to get an oil change and tires rotated for
my rav4. After being there for 40 minutes, I got my car back. When I went there, my driver side tire had mud all over it. When I got my car back, my

It was the only muddy one. They didn't rotate my tires at all. I checked the paper work of what they did, multipoint inspections. The mechanics there check everything off the tires inspection like tread depth (green), tire damage/abnormal wear (green), etc. However, they left out the "tires rotated" not checked off. I talked to the person working at the desk there and he looked at my car and said that the mechanics might just had forgotten to checked it off. I know they didn't rotate my tiers... I will do it myself. I will never go back to this place for service or to buy a car.
