I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! How many times does it take leaving messages for someone to give a reply? The answer is unknown, cause we call every few hours and leave yet another message.... The person that says they are in charge won't give their name. Probably cause they are the biggest problem at this facility. Go look for a car, truck or whatever somewhere else!!!! More

One of the biggest waste of time I’ve ever dealt with. I traveled from out of state, Missouri, which allow my to pay my sales tax at the dmv when I title and tag vehicles. Arkansas has the same method of paying sales taxes on vehicles too. They claimed their policy was to collect sales tax at the time of sell and that they had a third party company who would file for my registration and tags. Their “policy” didn’t coincide with Arkansas or Missouri’s dmv laws on paying taxes on motor vehicles. The general sales manger, James Bryan, stated their was no way for me to use my tax credit because their computer program simply would not allow it. I would have owed taxes on approximately $10k, but they were trying to collect taxes on $53k, a difference that was going to cost me an unnecessary $3,100. Their “policy” was all about collecting more money at the time of sale. A dealerships job is to sell and service vehicles, let the dmv do their job. More

I won’t mentioned his name unless he keeps trying to talk trash about me with our people that we know in common. That guy was so unprofessional that he is not worthy to talk about AT ALL. But Mr. Tom Lewis GM. Kami, Kentrell and B.James made the difference and they highly represented the Toyota brand. I won’t lie my experience was very uncomfortable but those guys at the end make it happen and I’m very happy with my Bday present. Love my vehicle and if I ever need to get a vehicle again for my family I will go with Kami as my sales guy and the management team. More

Lack of Integrity from the top down We purchased a used vehicle in February. After much discussion with Philip Moore regarding an extended warranty, I added it to the package. Specifica We purchased a used vehicle in February. After much discussion with Philip Moore regarding an extended warranty, I added it to the package. Specifically we discussed coverage since the vehicle had a lift kit. He assured us that all OEM parts were covered. The day of purchase we encountered severe issues with the steering system. Long story short, and $2,500 dollars later it isn’t covered since we didn’t purchase optional coverage As with many reviews, they don’t return phone calls. I went to the dealership twice in person and even spoke to the general manager Tom Lewis who was insistent he returned phone calls. Three unreturned calls later, I’m still not made whole from their admitted error By far the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered in 30 years. Lack of honesty, integrity and even the least bit of professionalism. More

DO NOT GO HERE! My mom and I decided to go to this Toyota dealership in Little Rock to buy me my first car and we traded in my dad's old Jeep. I found a used 2011 Min My mom and I decided to go to this Toyota dealership in Little Rock to buy me my first car and we traded in my dad's old Jeep. I found a used 2011 Mini Cooper that I wanted because it was UNDER $10K BEFORE my trade in and I am a college student who couldn't afford a car payment on a brand new $20k+ car. When arriving at the dealership, we said that I could not go over $200/month. Well, after filling out the paperwork, they dealers said that only one bank would take me for a loan on the vehicle since I have no credit. So now the car's worth after my trade-in went from a little under $7k to under $14k due to needing "full" coverage warranty and Gap insurance that was mandatory. After wanting to walk out of the dealership due to the vehicle's price doubling and the monthly rate being way over my budget, my mother said that she would help me with the payment because she wanted me to have the vehicle. so I went through with it (BIG mistake. We should have walked out right there.) Before turning in the Jeep and driving my new vehicle off the lot, I noticed that the vehicle's tire pressure warning light was one & I asked the company to check it TWICE. Once while we were filling out paperwork and again when they were detailing it the next day when I brought the Jeep in. Both times, they told me that the tires were fine and in perfect shape with good pressure in all four tires; the vehicle just needed to reset itself after being driven a certain amount of miles. A few days pass and the "tire pressure sensor" isn't resetting and continues to say "inactive." I message one of the dealers who worked with us and said that the tire sensor light was still on and that the car wouldn't reset. He messaged me back the next day and said that he would ask their technician and get back with me. I never received a message back. The following week, we go pay my sales tax; the dealership mailed my mom a check since my taxes are included in my monthly payments. They were supposed to pay the sale tax in full (which was a little over $700), but come to find out, they shortened us by around $100 that we had to pay out of pocket. This was frustrating, but whatever. It had to be paid right then, so we paid the difference. I now know for next time to verify the check with the total they told us that sales tax would be. Fast forward three weeks later and my check engine light comes on and the tire light is still on. Also, my vehicle is now jumping, hesitating, and dies on me. We call the dealership and they tell us to come up that Thursday and their technician's would fix it for us, no problem and to not worry because we have warranty. So, we drive a couple hours up to Little Rock to be there when their shop opens and as soon as we pull up, the technician told us that he would not work on my car and we needed to try somewhere else, possibly the MINI shop in LR. My mom informed him that the dealership told us that we were to go there and that she was unsure of what was going on. The technician followed up with telling her that the sales dealership is separate from the repair shop and that we were basically out of luck and needed to leave. So we then drive 20 minutes across town to find out that the MINI dealership is closing and they are no longer accepting customers. Now infuriated, my mom call's the man who sold us my vehicle again to figure out what is going on and what we needed to do. The salesman who we worked with told my mom that he was sorry, he understood why the technician sent us away due to me having a foreign car (which should have been told to us in the first place before we drove 2.5 hours to LR), and that we need to go to BMW. So, we drive another 20 minutes to the BMW dealership in LR and a man named Antwon met us there. He said that they did not work on Mini Coopers, but they weren't going to turn us away. Bless his soul! After looking at my vehicle, he said that my fuel tank valve had broke (which was a $300 part before tax) AND my front right tire did NOT have a sensor on it and that was my light would not turn off (which was a $200 part before tax). We told them to go ahead and replace them both since I had the full coverage warranty, which was also what our salesman at Toyota told Antwon over the phone. WELL COME TO FIND OUT, I DO NOT HAVE FULL COVERAGE WARRANTY AND WE HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. Apparently my warranty only covers "serious" problems and my two problems were not serious enough! By this time, we were absolutely infuriated. I can understand the valve situation because the piece is apparently plastic and it is bound to break, especially in cold weather, but being lied to about my tire sensor is NOT OKAY! Especially when I asked them to check my tires and why the light was on TWICE before driving the vehicle off the lot. THEY LIED TO OUR FACE! Telling me that I just needed to "reset my car" and it would be fine is NOT okay. So, my mom messaged the salesman at Toyota about everything that happened and we received no message back. We also call one of the Toyota store managers, Tom Lewis, and my mom explained everything to him. The manager told my mom that it was our "fault for buying a used car," but he would find out what they could do and he'd "call her back within 10 minutes;" we still have not heard anything back from him to this day. My mom has also called him after that and has left him voicemails and he has still not returned her calls. So, fast forward a few more days, and I log-in to the online account we are supposed to use to make the monthly payments and I see that my vehicle that WAS under $14K is NOW OVER $18K!!!! This absolutely infuriates me. I wish I could give this vehicle back and just go buy me a brand new vehicle elsewhere. SO! My original Mini Cooper (after my trade in) went from being UNDER $7k to now being OVER $18K. That is over $11k of additional fees for a used, almost 8 year old vehicle. That is absolutely insane. Also, keep in mind that ALL of this has happened before my first car payment is even due. I feel like a fool and idiot for using this company and trusting them to buy my very first car ever. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! This is an absolute terrible car dealership and they have turned out to be extremely disappointing. Do not waste your time or your money here, especially if looking into buying a used car. More

They went above and beyond to work with a buyer who has less-than-stellar credit to find a workable deal. Also gave an excellent value for the trade-in.
