Like the car, salesperson but dislike the purchasing routine I realize this dealership sells hundreds of cars each month. In doing this much business it seems waiting, for an hour, to see the finance personel is probably unavoidable. However this is a total waste of time and very unenjoyable for your customer. Then another wait to have the car gone over and checked for road wear makes for a total of 3 hours of time. There just has to be a better way to cut down the time on this clock. More

The way he used his sales skill, professionalism, and charisma to find what I wanted and above all needed. He never rushed any of the process and was flexible on the time to finalized the sale. Even though I didn't have the entire amount for the down payment; he gave me time to collect it, no questions asked. He also recommend me to the car insurance that i would end up buying. And finally, Jose even came to the dealership on his own day off to finalize the sale of the car, just because I asked him if he could because it was the only day I had to get the insurance I wanted. The reason I'm giving Thomas five stars was because he as well performed an excellent job on his part. Was just as professional, and charismatic. He is even learning how to speak Spanish from none other than Jose. Speaking to my father and I made the experience even more interesting. Tom helped by presenting and thinking through issues and decisions, especially regarding extended service contracts, with which I was not familiar. Over the phone, he even got a better deal on loan interest with Redwood Credit Union. My 2004 Honda CRV carried me over 300,000 miles without expensive maintenance. Unfortunately, I was hit from behind by a truck, which "totaled" the car. No injuries to either driver, fortunately. I would have kept my 2004 for as long as practically possible. However, it was an easy choice to buy another Honda CRV. Thanks to all of you! More
