great experience I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Manly Honda last week. The customer service at Manly Honda from the sales associate Emmit to .the finance officer I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Manly Honda last week. The customer service at Manly Honda from the sales associate Emmit to .the finance officer Steve was excellent as one would expect . After driving the car for a 24 hour period I decided it was too big of a car for me to handle. I took the car back to the lot the next day. What was unexpected, was the process of returning the car was just as excellent. I was treated with respect and was able to return the car. The Finance director Tom Herschel who handled the buyback offered to put me in another car and feel it out for a period before a final purchase. I declined as I need some time to regather my thoughts and make a better decision about the type of vehicle I wanted to purchases. I received respect with that decision and was allowed to walk off the lot to regroup and take care of my decision making process. When I am ready I will be using Manly for my car purchase. Thank you gentleman for the wonderful treatment I will be back. More
