Great Staff I came into Honda for an oil change on my Honda Civic. I was in a lease and about to go over my miles so wanted to meet with the finance dept. to expl I came into Honda for an oil change on my Honda Civic. I was in a lease and about to go over my miles so wanted to meet with the finance dept. to explore what my options were. The whole staff was great, from Scott in the service department to Ben and Beejan who helped me pick out a new car and lay out the finances. Even Tom, another random finance guy, came over and offered very helpful advice. Ben was so patient with me and showed me how much every car I was interested in would cost to lease or to finance. He never made me feel pressured to persuaded and gave his opinion only when I asked for it. I ended up being at the dealership for a long time but it didn't feel like it because everyone was so friendly. I felt like I was just there hanging out, I almost forgot I was there for my car! Needless to say, I am so happy with my new Accord and feel great about the financing option I chose. Thank you everyone at Manly! <3 More

The car is very comfortable to drive and really good on gas for a minivan and the sales experience was awesome. The only 2 complaints I have about this car is that I purchased a used car that should have been inspected properly and the necessary work done that it needed. Grant it the only thing that it needed was Tires, yet here I am 38 days after buying this car and I am putting tires on it, I found this very absurd considering the price I paid for the car and the fact that the car I traded in needed nothing at all and had brand spanking new tires on it, pretty crappy when you have to buy tires for a vehicle you just purchased and haven’t even made a payment on yet. The second complaint I have is that the drivers seat bottom the finish is wearing off the leather and I brought this to the service departments attention on my first visit and was told that it’s a cleaning issue which in fact it’s not and when I had received the car back the service department had tried to clean it and made the problem even worse than it was. More

The only frustration we have had is that we are still working on getting the car clean from the initial purchase. We had a rough time getting a hold of someone from the service department went a couple days without a call back, we let Jared know and we received a call within minutes. again amazing experience overall minor bumps along the way. Overall happy. More

I found the type of car I wanted, (Honda CR-V) Then I took it a step further and searched the dealerships ratings and reviews. I found Manly Honda in Santa Rosa about a 4 hr drive away from me. They had a top dealer rating and found that the reviews all said how great it was to work with these people. I searched their inventory and compared it with other dealers. There were a few dealers with similar inventory BUT, much lower dealer ratings. I found out for myself, Manly folks are super to work with. No pressure in sales. Fair, honest, and really nice. "What are you looking for, and here is what we have". Manly even found a better interest rate for me than what my bank had pre-authorized. Was it worth the 4 hr drive? oh heck ya! I will go again if i ever need another car and for sure I will be recommending my friends go there! More
