Low expectations, still disappointed :-/ All that really happened was a used car was sold to me and the vehicle I traded in was taken for significantly less than the KBB and NADA value. He went 3 steps away to talk to some other guy about it. The other guy loudly said, "that car's just going to go to auction etc". Salesperson comes back from 3 steps away and offers me even less than what he had first offered me for my trade-in, as well as telling me there needed to be a much larger down payment. After I took the used car I bought home, I decided I wanted to cancel the nearly $4000 warranty and $900 GAP, so they told me I /needed/ to drive 50 miles back to Santa Rosa to sign 1 paper that could have been signed in Docusign or scanned & emailed... :-/ Despite everything, it was nice being able to get out of my old car and into a different one. It was very clear to me that all of these employees, and more whose names elude me, really love their jobs! I meet so many workers who are pretty miserable in their jobs, and customer service really suffers. Not here. They are competent and really helpful guided us through a somewhat nerve wracking sale. And they joke and laugh with each other! We had a very positive experience and would strongly recommend this dealership. More
