I took my car back for the tire warranty. I was told the damage would not be covered. I told them to put the donut back on and I'd go somewhere else. I got a call 5 Minutes later. They said they looked at the tire and it actually "might be covered" come to find out. It was covered. The service advisor 1187 Samuel N Jones never even put in the claim because he figured it would not be. He said I'd owe $230 but the claim was actually approved after i told them i didnt want them to fix it and I owed nothing. In the words of their sales director "accidents happen" accident or not its poor business. Think of how many people they've said that too that didn't argue it. I'm sorry you felt like I "attacked your Integrity" Sam here's the definition of integrity "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness" Also known as, me trusting you to "honestly" look into fixing my car. Since you didn't, In This situation you didn't have any integrity for me to attack Either 1.) The maintenance techs don't know how to fix a tire. Or 2.) I was blatantly lied to. More

We came to the dealership looking for a certain car and we found it! Charles, our sales rep worked so hard for us to make sure everything was perfect, he really listened to us and our wants/needs. Brand new 2022 Honda civic broke down in TX leaving son stranded Jan. 3, 2022. General Manager Tom Dempsey told us to fly my son home and they will refund. Still have not seen that money yet. Part not available until March 6. 2022. 4/4/22 still no part nor car nor a response from Honda. Filed claim with Attorney Generals office this morning. Read up on Lemon Laws Honda. This is a brand new off the show room floor with power steering motor issues. Assigned 2 case managers to whom neither answer calls nor emails. This is ridiculous how Honda is giving us the run around after selling us a Lemon 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback. Refund us our money Tom Dempsey, General Manager, Antoine, Case Manager, Delmy, Case Manager, Kristin at Honda Claims and American Honda. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More
