Todd Simpson and the Daniels BMW service department has always treated me and all my BMW vehicles wonderfully. They explain all recommended work in a text before work is done and if I want to hold off on a always treated me and all my BMW vehicles wonderfully. Daniel's BMW did a great job in servicing my car, my consultant, Todd Simpson was very nice and he did everything he needs to do with my car. Great experience!. Todd Simpson in particular was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to assist with questions. You don’t get that everywhere, but he explained things to me that the other deale extremely helpful & went above and beyond to assist with questions. You don’t get that everywhere, but he explained things to me that the other dealership did not. I will continue to have service done there on my BMW, and shop for new BMW when time comes More
