I felt as though the deal was a rush deal just for the sale. I didn't feel valued and I didn't feel as though I was heard or even listened to. Lack of communication. Didn’t register the vehicle it the proper name, would not give both keys until later. And I won’t mention the finance rate deal. My wife had a wonderful experience with her salesman and that’s why I went to get my new company suv. I WISH I had used him because mine was not a good time. I understand that I’m not really an easy person to deal with at times but I’m used to working with one person at another dealership for the last 8 cars but he moved away. I’m looking for my next regular dealership and I can say it will NOT be Jerry Hunt. More
