Tyler and his team were incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond taking care of us with a service issue on a vehicle to make things right, even though it lost them money. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. There was no pressure, but Jeff listened carefully to what we were saying, and found exactly what we wanted. We found the pricing for our new purchase, as well as our trade in, very fair. We were planning on doing a lot of on-site shopping before purchase, but after Jeff showed us what we had (and we did online comparisons with numerous other dealers) we took the big step and made the buy. Special mention for Lauren in finance and Todd the manager! I would rate both Jeff and O'Daniel Mazda at the very top! More

I drove through the O’Daniel lot on a whim…found 3 vehicles that I wanted to drive. Met Jeff and made an appointment to come back in a couple days. When I arrived one Wa shone but the other two were w vehicles that I wanted to drive. Met Jeff and made an appointment to come back in a couple days. When I arrived one Wa shone but the other two were waiting for me. After some discussion, Jeff suggested we looked at another option that was “in the back.” I loved it but wanted a little more peace of mind so we started looking at vehicles with certified pre-owned (CPO) status. It didn’t take long to get back out on the lot and find one that made me blush with excitement. Today, less than a week after my initial spin through the lot, I drove my CX-5 home while beaming ear to ear. I feel safe and comfortable, but moreover confident in my first solo vehicle purchase. Thanks to Jeff, Katie, Todd, Lauren and Luke for making me feel like a friend or even better…one of the family. More
