My family's experience at O'daniel automart was a breath of fresh air. I went into the dealership with my defenses up and maybe a hint of pessimism due to past experiences with other dealerships. Imediately I was welcomed by George Brothers who was more than willing to help us out even though that was not his area of expertise. He then introduced us to Jeremiah Lowe who was the Sales Professional. I hardly ever think of honesty,patience,character,and integrity in the same sentence as car salesman. In this case, and this is very rare, Jeremiah was. He was not high pressure or pushy in any of his interactions with us. In fact he worked to get us a good deal on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from O'daniel I would highly recommend asking for Jeremiah as your sales person. The final piece of our great experience was Todd Jacquay the Mazda Manager. He worked very hard to get us as close to the price as we wanted to pay for the vehicle. We finally sat down with none other than George Brothers, the gentleman we met when we first pulled into the dealership. He helped us with our financing and got us the very best rate. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AT O'DANIEL AND THESE THREE GENTLEMEN WERE THE KEY TO IT ALL. Thanks for everything! More

I was immediately greeted once I walked into the showroom. It was very clean and the displays were really cool. The bathrooms were neat and tidy as well. Jeremiah answered all of my questions very well and gave me suggestions based on his professional experience. He was able to provide information on cars that met my specific needs too. I test drove a car with no problems and he explained to me the simple loop to drive around the freeway. All of the staff was excellent and they worked very hard to help us out in any way they could. I definitely will recommend this Mazda dealership to friends. My mother was also interested in a vehicle and Jeremiah helped answer her questions accurately. Hopefully in a couple of months we will be back to purchase another fine, Mazda vehicle. More

THIS DEALERSHIP STANDS OUT FROM THE REST! NO FAKE SMILES OR LIES, THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT! My wife and I had stopped by the dealership on Memorial Day and looked at a few cars while the dealership was clo OR LIES, THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT! My wife and I had stopped by the dealership on Memorial Day and looked at a few cars while the dealership was closed. We came back the next day and Sam greeted us. We told him about a couple of cars we were interested in and would like to test drive. He kindly rounded them up for us and while my wife and I test drove different cars he helped us entertain our 2 year old daughter. We decided on a used Mazda 6 they had their. Sam, along with Todd and George's help, got us into the payment plan that our budget allowed. Sam was very nice and understanding to our needs, Todd was very fair and friendly, and George was extremely honest and easy to talk to (I had dealt with him previously last year when my younger brother bought a new Mazda 6 from the same dealer, he was very easy to deal with then as well). This was my second time dealing with this dealership, both great experiences, and I will be back in about 1-2 years when I look to purchase our next vehicle. Summary of our experience: Nice, honest, and very understanding group of people who actually work with you to meet your needs. I never felt pressured to buy nor was I treated like an idiot. They didn't try to sell us a car we didn't need and actually listened to us. All three guys treated us like we were family, which I sincerely appreciated. I will definitely be back again.
