Customer service is very good. Dealership has all my car's history in its system. They are efficient, courteous, and usually fast. I feel confident that when i bring my car to the dealership my car wi car's history in its system. They are efficient, courteous, and usually fast. I scheduled my appointment at the last minute and was accomodated without hesitation. The work was performed on time and was covered under my paid maintenance program. This is my 4th vehicle from Koons. From the first visit, my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jerem my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jeremy, have always explained every step of the process (purchasing to financing), skipping nothing even though we've now purchased multiple vehicles from Koons. The service department is excellent. Todd gets me in and out very quickly and works around my schedule. Most of my dealings with the service department have been for scheduled maintenance, buy the (very) few times a vehicle has been in for more that maintenance, the problem is quickly identified and solved. More

I had purchased another toyota two years ago, and found service as well as staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I had no hesitation in returning for my next purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Wes service as well as staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I had no hesitation in returning for my next purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Wes Peterson was outstanding. From our first meeting, he was helpful patient and knew the vehicle inside and out. He was aware that I had received some information from a consumer reports price buying source and we worked within that framework with ease. Mostly, Wes was patient, returned my calls quickly and was there everytime we went in to check something out. He is a real asset to the dealership and is a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with. I can see Wes going far in this business and I hope Koons recognizes his dedication to the new car operation. I would definitely go back to Koons and will ask for Wes to manage my purchase. I only dealt with George Thompson during the final sale process as he reviewed and approved the offer, etc. I found him to be polite, knowledgeable and was willing to tolerate my "haggleing" for a few extra bucks. He took evry offer into consideration and I believe we arrived at a good deal for myself as well as the dealership. I did not deal with Samuel Somarriba personally but observed him at the dealership and at the customer appreciation talk afterwards. He is disciplined, cordial and certianly was aware of what was going on in that showroom. I assume Koon's hired him for his attention to detail and being available to resolve any problems that might arise with the business end of the sales progam. He was definitely there and "in charge". I wanted to mention Tod Eckard because of his willingness to help me on a time that they were ready to close the shop. I needed help with the pairing of my phone and even though he was ready to get off work, he cordially took the time to fix my problem and I truly appreciated that. I would have accepted a response that they were closed as I came in without prior notification etc.. He was very friendly and to stay over at closing time was noteable, and appreciated.. More

Every time I visit your immaculate dealership, especially your Service Department, my experiences with your staff has always been wonderful. I'm greeted promptly in a very friendly manner; your service advis your Service Department, my experiences with your staff has always been wonderful. I'm greeted promptly in a very friendly manner; your service advisors are very knowledgeable; they arrange shuttle service for me while my vehicle is being serviced,and I'm kept up dated by e-mail. When my vehicle is finished or if the service technicians should notice an issue, I'm contacted. The concern is always explained very professionally to me. Also, I must note that I have never had to return my vehicle to have a service concern corrected. This speaks highly of your service technicians. When I arrive to retrieve my vehicle, the cashier is always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Some other positive things that you do that makes your dealership stand out from others are: 1. You send out service reminders by letter, e-mail, and telephone calls. 2. You mail coupons offering monthly specials. 3. After my service, I always receive a Thank You letter from the Service Manager who is very accessible in the Service Dept. 4. Every time TOYOTA contacts me for a survey, you always receive 5 stars. 5. You offer new car buffet seminars that are extremely informative,and we're given a chance to meet the hard working people from all areas of your operation. I have and will continue to recommend your wonderful dealership to my family, friends, and co workers. Keep up the good work. More

Todd continues to offer outstanding cutomer service with a very high level of professionalism. He makes sure that every detail is conveyed to the customer and that no question goes unanswered. He is very considerate in regards to the customers schedule and see that the work is done correctly and with little impact to the customers daily schedule.
